And they didn't seem to "care" too much that I had gnawed a hole in the pillow in the exam room while waiting to see the MD on call. (I have no idea what anyone said to me or what I said to anyone before the arrival of drugs. My wife said I was mean and hateful. I said she was, too, during delivery of our first, on no medication, and 2 hours labor. She doesn't remember that, either.)<br /><br />Don't know what you were in for, hope it's better now. Sounds like you subscribe to my motto:<br /><br />"Better living through chemistry."<br /><br />And tell Oprah (who was born in the same year I was) that I haven't felt 30 since a "friend" warned me on my 35th birthday that "the Bible only promises 70 years.
