Training Log

Sunday was Day 3. Back Squat: 5 x 4 @135 AMRAP last set = 9. Oy. Bench: 6 x 6 @80 Tested 1RM = 95 paused. Failed 100. Deads: 6 x 1 @180 Felt so easy! Next bench is 90.
