Hank found a stray package of Welch's Fruit Chews and asked me if he could have them. I said he could if he would divide them with his sister, to which Hope replied
No! I don't like them! Don't you remember? It's because the purple ones kind of freak me out.
Hi there! I just came across your blog today as I was searching for bloggers in MN. I just had to tell you that I loved the story of your son wanting so badly to watch Star Wars, that he was in his room crying. So sad and so sweet. Yes, unfortunately the first of many times he'll be crying silently to himself. If only there was something we could do, as parents, to stop the inevitable hurting, huh? Loved your other stories, too. I'll be back!
