Training

There's a marathon countdown going on in this house. Your standard marathon training plans seem to place an emphasis on running. My training focus (this time around) has been on yoga, weight-lifting, eating large quantities of Christmas cookies, and knitting. And while I don't have a burning desire to get a PR each time I run a marathon I do have a burning desire to make a move for the finish line when Gary least expects it because he talks so much trash to me in the months leading up to the race. We like to pretend we're bad-ass competitors around the house. The kids think it's funny.
