Time

I have a new Timex Ironman that has both digital and analog time-keepers. I think I tortured myself for a solid 20 minutes while I tried to synchronize them today. It was worth it because the clock face is pink. Is there an easier way to make the big hand and little hand match up to the digital readout? I think I got it to within two seconds which I suppose is good enough.
