We are in the process of making pie
There are two secrets to making a superior crust:
1. Use my mom's recipe.
2. Make the crust in the winter.
If it's not cold where you are, climb inside your freezer. If you don't have a deep freezer, set your A/C to 55º F and put on a sweater. If you don't have A/C, make cobbler instead of pie.
