It's a New Year

I did not take this picture.


Got up at 4:30 to run with Emily. Ran. Survived. Peggy and her pals were in heaven like those dogs up there. Good start to the day.

    Glad we did it. Couldn't figure out why I was so stiff and sore yesterday at the end of the day. Dawned on me that I had not run in a few months. Still sore...
