  1. As long as we're on the subject of bragging...

    My 18-year-old son graduated from Minnetonka High School this year, and scored the highest possible score on the International Baccalaureate Oral Chinese exam. (He seems to have misplaced the letter with the code for retrieving his score on the IB written Chinese exam.)

    He has attended the Concordia (Moorhead) Language Villages for two summers. He applied and was admitted to Concordia. What's really interesting is that the textbook for 2nd year Chinese is the textbook he used his senior year. Not sure what to make of that.
