Weird, trying to figure out answers to Hope's questions about 9-11. We watched no coverage of any memorials or tributes with the kids this weekend but she's picked it up here and there and all of the sudden has loads of questions.
Rachel was in Kindergarten on 9-11-01. She knew that "bad guys" had crashed planes into tall buildings in NYC. She was shocked that they "did it on purpose," but was relieved when I told her all those bad guys had died.
There were more questions this year and they get trickier, right?
