I was concerned about having a heart attack but then Gary assured me that organizations wouldn't be encouraging people to jump in frozen lakes if lots of people died doing it, so I did it. The crazy adrenaline rush lasted half the day. I'm in for next year and every year after that. So thankful to friends and family who pledged money for Special Olympics.
