I think it's true: The family that does Yoga and Tai Chi together stays together. I enjoy participating in the classes offered at the Y, as does Gary. It matters not that we can barely do half of the poses very well. We end up laughing and that's a good thing. I showed Hank some of the Tai Chi moves we did in one class where I entertained myself by pretending I was an extra in The Matrix. I commented on the way home from the Y that a new class would start next Monday and I wondered aloud what kind of cool, new moves they would have. Hank's reply? No-handed cartwheels like the Power Rangers sometimes do.
I suppose that would be cool, Hank.
