Do you know who this guy is? He is Patrick, friendly sidekick to SpongeBob Squarepants. My kids came home from VBS today with crosses decorated with sand, shells, and (gasp!) previously live/now dead and tiny starfish. "Just like PATRICK, Mom. On SPONGEBOB!"
My friend's daughter has a friend named Patrick. Last Halloween during the school Halloween parade (yes, they still do that in some towns), young kids were calling out, "Patrick! Patrick! It's Patrick." The little guy kept waving and smiling and waving, unbeknownst to him that the children were hollering at kid a few feet in front of him, dressed as Patrick the starfish. HAHAHAHA!
