It's tomato time

We may have a lot of dust in our partially demolished kitchen but we still have a sink, a range, and a refrigerator. But most of all, we have a kajillion tomatoes ready for eating.

For supper, about three of these babies.

I'm going to fudge and use frozen puff pastry. You all know that normally I would make the puff pastry from scratch, right? Gary calls me Martha, you know.

  1. That looks really good! I have a great bread salad recipe for you. I'll have to try to send it to you later as it's on our other computer.

  2. Damn girl...that looks sooooo good my mouth is watering. Who cares about a kitchen when you can do THAT!

    Maybe that should be your next endeavour, gourmet on a construction site. I see the cook book cover now.
