Hope accompanied Emily, the dogs and me this morning for our run because Gary is gone and Hank was at a friend's house for a sleepover. She's always been an early riser and so was more than happy to have the chance to ride her bike with us. My alarm went off at 4:30; I opened my eyes to hit the snooze for five more minutes of sleep, and guess who was standing next to the bed ready to go? There she was all bright eyed and bushy tailed. It was fun. We might have to make this a regular thing.
